1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Success Path Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Success Path Coaching LLC provides business coaching, consulting, mentoring, and related educational services to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals. Services are delivered primarily through online video sessions, email, and digital resources.

3. Coaching Relationship

Our coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. Results from coaching depend on the client's commitment, effort, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for coaching services is due as agreed upon in your coaching agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

• Payment plans are available for multi-session packages
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first session if you feel the coaching relationship is not the right fit. Session cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Package refunds after the 7-day period are prorated based on sessions completed.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. This confidentiality obligation is mutual — we ask that you also keep our proprietary coaching materials and methodologies confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided by Success Path Coaching LLC are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your personal business development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Success Path Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Sessions that begin late due to client tardiness will end at the originally scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching agreement without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
