What exactly is business coaching?

Do I need to already have a business to work with you?
Not at all. We work with aspiring entrepreneurs still in the idea phase, those in the launch process, and established business owners looking to scale. Wherever you are, we meet you there.

What happens during the free consultation?
During your free 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss your current business situation, your goals, and the challenges you're facing. We'll outline how coaching can help and recommend the right program for your needs. There's no obligation to continue.
2Online Coaching & Scheduling
How does online coaching work?
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. You'll receive a secure meeting link before each session. Sessions are recorded (with your permission) so you can review key insights anytime.
How long are coaching sessions and how often do we meet?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your program. We also offer intensive half-day strategy sessions for clients who need focused, rapid progress on a specific challenge.
What time zones do you accommodate?
We serve clients across all US time zones and can accommodate international clients. Session times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST) but we'll work with your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible at +1 (916) 768-6290.
Can I do sessions on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Zoom and Google Meet work on all devices. We recommend using a device with a camera and microphone for the best experience, but audio-only sessions are available if needed.

How much does coaching cost?

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for our coaching packages. We want coaching to be accessible, so we'll work with you to find a payment structure that fits your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided after your free consultation.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first session if you feel the coaching relationship is not the right fit. We stand behind the value of our work and want every client to feel confident in their investment.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you agree to is the price you pay. All materials, worksheets, and resources provided during coaching are included in your program cost.

How long does it take to see results?
Many clients report clarity and momentum within the first 2–3 sessions. Tangible business results typically emerge within 60–90 days of consistent coaching. Long-term transformation happens over 6–12 months of dedicated work.
What does a typical coaching engagement look like?

Can I work with you if I'm outside the United States?
